Eligibility for Warranty Support

Warranty support is provided only in the case of verified manufacturing defects. This applies strictly to defects present at the time of delivery.

Warranty support is offered in the form of a replacement, subject to inspection and approval.


Condition Requirements

To be considered for warranty support, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be returned in its original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Show no signs of handling, wear, or external damage

Even minor cosmetic changes may affect eligibility.


Situations Where Warranty Support Cannot Be Provided

Warranty support is not applicable if the item shows evidence of:

  • Scratches, marks, stains, or dirt

  • Cracks, dents, or breakage

  • Signs of usage, testing, washing, or installation

  • Improper handling, storage, or modification

  • Damage occurring after delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for warranty consideration.


Inspection Process

  • All items submitted for warranty review undergo a quality inspection

  • Final determination is made by CEYLISH LK

  • Items that do not meet eligibility requirements may be returned to the customer


Reporting a Concern

Customers are requested to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos or videos showing the concern.
